The table below describes the skills that are required for various ICB events. While this table does not cover all situations that you may encounter at an ICB event, it lists some guidelines that may help you choose an event that is appropriate for your skill level.
Note: Helmets and wristguards are required at all ICB events. Elbow pads and knee pads are strongly recommended.
